I offer flexibility in coaching sessions, allowing clients to choose between 30, 45, or 60-minute intervals. For those seeking longer sessions, I also provide a deluxe 90-minute option that can be split into various combinations.

I include weekly personalised text support and utilise a Wellbeing planner on Google Sheets to keep clients accountable to their programming schedule.
