Let me introduce myself

My name is Jacinda, and I am a Mindset & Movement Coach based in Christchurch, New Zealand. Along with being a personal trainer, I also take group fitness classes that cater to various needs and interests. One of my favorite classes to teach is Mum & Baby Yoga, where I get to help mothers reconnect with their bodies and bond with their little ones. Additionally, I lead functional fitness classes that focus on overall strength and mobility. When I'm not working, I cherish spending quality time with my energetic and curious 3-year-old daughter. We love going on adventurous hikes and exploring the beauty of nature together. These outdoor escapades bring us closer, creating lifelong memories and fostering a deep appreciation for the world around us.
